Scope of Work – Demolish existing Entry and Reception area, demolish existing clinics, Build new 12,000 sf addition.  Build new entrance and reception area with new clinics.  Total project approximately 22,000 sf.

Prosthetics Renovation
Facility – Louis Stokes VAMC Cleveland, OH
Cost – $940,000

Scope of Work – Two Phases, Demolish existing area and Build new offices and main corridor.  Replace entire HVAC System for several spaces throughout the basement level.  App. 10,000 sf.
